Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing and jewelry crafting in addition to shipping time. See USPS shipping option times in the list at the bottom of this section.
Your order will arrive to you in one of our custom geometric boxes, complete with item(s) and some info about the non-profit you gave to and how your dollar helped them out. <3
Please specify at checkout if you need multiple boxes or have special packaging and shipping needs.
Apse relies on the United States Postal Service (USPS) to bring you our handmade goods. We offer standard, priority and priority express shipping to help get you your order when you need it!

FOR INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES:
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these government imposed charges and they vary greatly from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information.
RETURNS | EXCHANGES
If you are ever underwhelmed with any of our goods, or need a resize, please feel free to return or exchange. Please, let us know as soon as you can if anything ever arrives damaged or is poor quality. We believe in high quality goods and do all we can to ensure our products will last you for years to come.
We will happily do repairs free of charge at any point in ownership of an apse piece.
We will refund you fully up to 14 days after your order ships. After 14 days, Apse offers store credit that can be used whenever, however!
We do not accept returns or give exchanges for the below terms, however, we can always adjust the piece if needed.
We do not accept returns or give refunds for:
- international orders
- If the item is damaged after 7 days
- It arrived at your doorstep past a specific date
- Item was lost in mail
- Orders over 200$
- Solid 14k items
