  • We hand‑craft each piece just for you.

    Because of this custom process, we do not offer returns for refunds.

    However, if your piece is unworn and in perfect condition, you may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery.

    Please note: Exchanges or store credit are not available for:

    • Sale items
    • Special Limited Quantity Drops (Final Sale)
    • Solid 14k gold pieces
    • Personalized or customized designs
    • International orders
    • Items showing wear, damage, or tampering
    • Items lost or stolen after delivery

  • Yes, you can cancel your order within 5 business days of purchasing. Once your piece enters production after that time, we can’t cancel, but we can discuss edits, exchanges or store credit instead.

  • Most pieces ship within 2 - 4 weeks, depending on the design and customization.

    Each piece is handcrafted to order, so production times may vary slightly.

    If your order is taking a little longer than usual, feel free to reach out!

    Please reach out if you need a piece for a special occasion, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • You can find all your care questions answered in our Materials & Care guide, including tips on cleaning, storage, and maintaining your jewelry’s finish.

  • We love giving your old apse pieces a second life! If you have pieces that have spent more time in your drawer than on your body, you can send them back to us through our apse swap program.

    We will recycle them into our production cycle and, as a thank-you, provide you with shop credit to spend on a new piece you’ll love even more.

  • All of the metals we use in our pieces aret arnish-resistant and designed for everyday wear, but they still require proper care to maintain their finish and beauty. 

    OUR MATERIALS AND CARE

  • All of our silver pieces are crafted entirely from solid .925 sterling silver. Our anti-tarnish .925 sterling silver is formulated with geranium and aluminum instead of copper, so you won’t experience tarnished pieces or green-stained fingers.

    Our chains are made from traditional .925 sterling silver, which contains trace amounts of copper, and they’re easy to clean and maintain.

  • We no longer re-plate our past 14k gold vermeil pieces. For 14k gold vermeil, we’re happy to convert it to sterling silver for greater durability.

  • We’re happy to help with repairs on apse pieces.

    Your first repair is on us, and subsequent repairs may come with a fee depending on the work required.

  • We’re more than happy to help! Resize fees are:

    • $20 – $50 for sterling silver
    • $50 – $100 for solid gold

    Fees depend on the design of your piece. We’d love to help you get the perfect fit.

    Please note:

    • We cannot resize past 14k gold vermeil pieces.
    • We cannot guarantee resizing for discontinued designs.
    • Final sale items cannot be resized.

  • We currently do not provide engraving services, but you’re welcome to purchase any of our pieces and have them engraved by a trusted third-party jeweler of your choice.

  • These are exclusive, small-batch releases crafted in very limited numbers and sizes. Each piece is unique and handcrafted, and because of their exclusivity, they are final sale.

    We do not offer exchanges, store credit, or cancellations for these items.
