    ALL FIRST REPAIRS ARE ON-THE-HOUSE. TOUCH BASE WITH US IF SOMETHING HAS BROKEN, NEEDS CLEANING OR YOU HAD AN ACCIDENT WITH YOUR APSE JEWELS.

    TAMPERING WITH YOUR JEWELRY WILL VOID OUR ABILITY TO REPAIR YOUR PIECE.

  • Each piece is crafted just for you. Because our jewelry is made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds (as of August 14, 2025).

    We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit for unworn items in perfect condition within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange your exchange or store credit request.

    Cancellations

    Orders may be canceled within 5 business days of purchase. We will withhold a 3% transaction fee.

    After this time, your piece will be in production, and we can accommodate edits, exchanges, or store credit only. 

    Please Note

    Store credit and exchanges are not available for:

    • Items purchased during a sale
    • Solid 14k gold pieces
    • Personalized or customized designs
    • International orders
    • Items damaged after delivery or showing signs of wear
    • Pieces that have undergone adjustments or tampering
    • Items lost or stolen after delivery (we will replace if applicable)

    Sustainability & Quality

    We make each piece to order, minimizing waste and ensuring quality. Any exchanged or returned-for-store-credit items are recycled into new designs. Nothing is ever discarded.
